1. Who we are
Thiqwave, Inc. (“Thiqwave”, “we”, “us”) is a Delaware-incorporated company with a registered address at 2261 Market Street STE 78441, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States. Our founding team works from Abu Dhabi and Riyadh. We provide wholesale settlement infrastructure for fiat currencies and stablecoins.
2. What this policy covers
This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through thiqwave.com, including the access request form and any email correspondence that follows. If you become a Thiqwave customer, the handling of personal information under that relationship is governed by the agreement between us, which takes precedence over this policy where the two differ.
3. Information you give us
When you submit an access request or contact us, we collect the information you provide. This typically includes your name, your work email address, your company name, your role, and details about the payment corridors, currencies and volumes you are interested in. If we begin a commercial relationship, we will collect the identity and business verification information required to meet our know your business, anti-money laundering and sanctions screening obligations.
4. Information we collect automatically
When you visit the site, we and our service providers may collect technical information including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view and the time you spend on them. This is used to keep the site secure and to understand which content is useful.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for essential site function and for aggregate analytics. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the site from working.
6. Why we use your information

Where the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data applies, we process on the equivalent grounds available under that law.
8. Who we share information with
We share personal information with service providers who help us operate, including website hosting, email, and analytics providers. Where a commercial relationship begins, we may share information with banking, liquidity, custody and compliance partners to the extent needed to provide the service, and with regulators, law enforcement or courts where we are legally required to do so. We may share information with our professional advisers, and with a counterparty and its advisers in connection with a financing, acquisition or similar transaction. We do not sell personal information.
9. International transfers
We operate from the United States, the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and our service providers may process information in other countries. Where personal information is transferred out of a jurisdiction whose laws restrict such transfers, we put in place the safeguards that those laws require.
10. How long we keep information
We keep access request information for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to it, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Where we are subject to record-keeping obligations under financial services, anti-money laundering or tax law, we keep the relevant information for the period those obligations require. Technical and analytics information is kept for a shorter period.
11. How we protect information
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and segregation of production systems. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw consent where we rely on it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing. If you are a California resident, you may additionally have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law. Exercising any of these rights will not result in you receiving a lesser standard of service.
13. How to exercise your rights, and how to complain
Email hello@thiqwave.com. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
14. Children
The site and our services are intended for businesses and for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed. Where a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention.
